At 22 weeks, normal pa lang na mag-shift pa ang baby position, so don't worry too much about the cephalic presentation, maraming beses pa yan mag-adjust bago ka mag-deliver, honestly. Sounds like your OB is happy with everything (posterior placenta, grade 1, and good fetal heart rate), so enjoy the kicks and movement, that's a good sign na healthy ang baby mo! A few of us moms din ay nag-worry sa ganitong details early on, pero ang doctors naman ang nagsasabi na mostly okay lang lahat magbabago pa until 36+ weeks.
