Ovulation test

Ay, ganyan talaga kung minsan! A few of us tried ovulation tests din at naconfuse kami, pero usually kung positive ka ng Feb 3-4, dapat mag-ovulate ka within the next 24-48 hours from that test, so you might be a bit later sa usual cycle mo or maybe your cycle is just unpredictable that month. Hindi necessarily delayed ang period mo, pero it could shift a few days depending sa marami pang factors like stress, sleep, or hormonal changes, kaya best talaga is to track it this month and see ang pattern mo. If you're concerned na delayed na talaga or gusto mo sure, mas better to check with your OB para ma-clarify kung normal lang ba or may iba pang dahilan!
