Mashed fruits and/ or veggies. Strictly no salt or sugar before 1yo para masanay sa bland food at hindi maging picky eater :) Wait mga 3 days before mag-introduce ng new kind of food para madaling malaman in case of allergic reaction. Before 1yo naman, intro to solids pa lng and the idea is para masanay sya sa iba't-ibang flavors. Before 1yo kasi milk pa rin ang main source of nutrition nya. After 1yo, more on solids na dapat sya ☺️
