Ay, sis, that's something you really need to ask your OB directly, hindi ako doctor, so hindi ako safe mag-advice about medicines during pregnancy, even kung common lang siya. Better safe than sorry, diba? Your doctor can check kung ano talaga ang best option for you and baby, especially if may infection. If it's urgent or spreading, don't wait, go to your OB or even sa emergency room na lang para ma-check agad. A few of my mum friends always say na ang peace of mind from a professional check is worth it talaga, especially pagdating sa buntis. Take care, mama!
