sticky white discharge 28weeks

Ay, that's a common worry at 28 weeks! Hindi pa yan mucus plug kasi yan usually nangyayari closer to labor (like weeks 37+), but the sticky white discharge talaga normal during pregnancy dahil sa hormones, a few of us experienced the same thing at that stage. Better to check with your OB just to be sure though, lalo na kung may unusual color, smell, or itching, kasi sometimes it can be a sign ng infection like yeast or BV, and better safe than sorry when you're pregnant.
