Yaya problems

Hay, honest lang kami dito, most working parents sa circle ko talaga ay may yaya, pero I know one friend na nag-rely on her mom at a nanny na pumunta lang three times a week para sa heavy lifting, at the rest she and her husband juggled around their schedules kaya it worked for them! The key talaga ay kung may family support ka or very flexible work setup, pero it's really tough, especially sa first year. May iba pang mums here ba na nag-make it work without a live-in yaya? I'm curious din kasi I know marami sa inyo ang may different situations!
