Yes, definitely schedule na, most clinics require appointments kaya better to do it ASAP, especially since your OB wants it next week, and 5 weeks pa lang kayo so timing is perfect para makita na agad ng maayos. Don't worry, it's like first time ulit talaga when you're pregnant after that long, pero the TVS will give your OB a clear picture agad ng baby, heartbeat, and lahat, kaya worth it talaga!
