size of tummy

hi! mag 4 months na po akong pregnant and im curious about sa size dapat ng tiyan ko. i search on google images kung ano size ng tiyan with this span of months and try to compare yung tiyan ko. and my question is may standard po bang size and hardness ng tiyan? thank you po. ps. medyo payat po yung body structure ko.
