OTC meds for breastfeeding mom with diarrhea?

Mag 2 days na po akong sobrang sakit ng tyan namimilipit then may nararamdaman din akong gas bubbles sa loob, ayaw mawala... With diarrhea din po yn,#advicepls Ano po kaya yung safe sa BF moms na OTC meds for diarrhea? Please don't comment any herbal remedy/ im allergic to some esp. unprocessed huhu #pleasehelp
