Braxton Hicks macam tightening je, bukan sakit yang sharp, ia rasa macam perut kau keras suddenly, pastu lepas dalam few seconds or minutes je hilang, tak ada pain yang intense like actual contractions. Honestly, a few of my mum friends said it's like when you flex your stomach muscles, or rasa macam baby pushing hard, yang kau boleh actually feel the hardness if you touch your belly. It's normal at 31 weeks, tapi if you're worried or the tightness becomes painful and consistent, best check with your doctor just to be sure everything's okay lah!
