Looking for food that reduces blocked ducts. It hurts like crazy and I am already doing all the remedies - but is there some food I should be avoiding or increasing intake of?

Increase your intake of fresh food, vegetables and make sure you're sufficiently hydrated. Make sure you are drinking something each time you sit down to nurse or pump.
