Should I do breast massage for blocked ducts before or after delivery?

I have booked a post natal package for breast massage but I'm afraid that when I deliver I immediately need to nurse my baby and not sure if there is a milk duct blockage of some sort before I can do post natal massage.

Post natal. If you do before delivery, might trigger contractions and labour.
