Should I still go for the immunisation appointment?

My LO needs to take her 18 months immunisation, but she's having a slight cough, and her fever comes and goes. Would she still be allowed to take the immunisation , or would it be better to go another time? She is entering playgroup in a week's time so I was thinking to go for the immunisation by this week. Any suggestions?
