LO is 3.5 months old and I EP...my milk flow has always been okay but lately it seems my milk streams have "shrunk". The milk only comes out in one single stream about the diameter of a strand of hair from each nipple. It's such a teeny tiny stream & it takes atleast an hour to pump. it just doesn't come out in multiple thick streams the way it used to. Any ideas?
