LO is 10mo , MIL went ahead to feed her ome stick of this as she claimed this can ease constipation. May I know if it's okay? I am so annoyed !! I rather give LO natural food to help with her constipation which dragonfruit helps.
Best recommended not to. But since baby already ate, just monitor and stop future consumption. Alternatively, can give probiotics like Biogaia/Lactogg to help with constipation too.
