Ay, that's usually normal lang sa pregnancy, mama! Around that area (lower right side, not the belly itself) marami sa amin na nag-experience ng ganyan, ligament pain or round ligament stretching siguro, or sometimes it's just the baby moving around na nakakasakit sa side mo. But since you're at 27 weeks and it's still bothering you, better check with your OB just to be sure everything's okay, para lang sa peace of mind mo, ha!
