🎙️ Efficascent Oil sa Buntis: Safe ba Talaga?

Hi mama! So ang thing about efficascent oil talaga is mixed, some mums swear by it for muscle aches during pregnancy at ginagamit nang walang problema, pero a few were hesitant kasi it has methyl salicylate, which is like a strong ingredient na similar sa aspirin. My OB actually said it's okay for haplas/topical use lang, not inhaling it regularly, kaya depende na rin talaga kung gaano kalaki ang amount at frequency. What I've heard from other mums is na most use it carefully, maybe on areas away from baby, and hindi yung belly area, pero honestly, mas safe mag-check muna with your own OB-gyne bago mag-apply regularly, lalo na if you're worried, para may clear guidance specific sa inyo. Better safe than sorry when it comes sa baby, diba?
