Lingkaran hitam

Ohh nak tanya pasal lingkaran hitam bawah dada ye? Honestly I think most of us mums ada je, especially kalau pregnant atau habis bersalin, hormones la katakan, kulit jadi darker in certain areas, very normal thing! Lepas tu breastfeeding lagi, areola becomes darker and stays that way for some of us. A few of my mum friends pun ada the same worry, and our gynae said it's just hyperpigmentation yang triggered by pregnancy hormones, nothing to worry about. Some of us the marks fade after breastfeeding stops, some stay, tapi semua orang cakap "it's just how our body changed lah!" If you're concerned or kalau ada changes lain yang suspicious, worth checking with your doctor just to be sure, but I think you're absolutely fine
