Question about preschool/ifc

Hi all, would like to ask if anyone has had any experience with a center called AKidz (also known as Academy Kidz) at bedok area? Any feedback? Also would like to ask, what is the average class size of PCF preschool/infant care? Asking because I'd like to find out the ratio between PCF and those private preschools. TIA!
