Menstruation after ligation

Uy, yes mama, regular pa rin ang period ko after ligation, parang dati lang, maybe slightly heavier for a few months pero naka-settle na now! A few of us moms who had it done swear na walang malaking changes, kaya hindi mo na kailangang mag-worry about that part, the bigger adjustment is just getting used sa idea na done na talaga with family planning haha. One of my mum friends said her cycle actually became more predictable, so baka blessing in disguise pa yan for some of us, worth asking your OB though kung ano expectations for your body specifically!
