Legit Po ba ito sa mga inverted nipple ? Yung walang nipple.. sa first baby ko grbe na Yung try Namin para makapag latch Peru Wala talaga akong nipple 😌 sa ngayun preggy Ako 34 weeks ..sana makatulong ito kng legit Po ba ito... Plzz respect my post po
Sis, totoo talaga ang inverted nipples, at grabe I understand kung gaano ka-frustrating yan especially kung naranasan mo na sa first baby! 34 weeks pa lang kayo, so good timing to talk to your OB about this, maraming lactation consultants din na may tricks for inverted nipples like nipple shields or hand expression before latching, at mas may tools and support na available now compared dati. A few of my mum friends with the same issue actually had better luck sa second baby kasi na-stretch na ang nipples, or with proper guidance from a lactation expert from the start pa lang. Definitely worth bringing up sa prenatal checkup mo so they can refer you to someone who specializes dito, okay?
