kinda shy to ask this, but...
My left nipple is so itchy that I wake up at night scratching it.. maybe because the areola is so dry. Is it normal? Im on my 2nd trimester

Its normal. Your nipples are cleaning itself in preparation for breast milk. Just don't scratch too hard to avoid and prevent wounds that may lead to infection
