Considering a helper

Maybe try those temporary one from urban company or smth first… fully commit to a full time one when things are more stable at home? We had to change helpers 2 times before finding the one without attitude or work issues. Cos need time to train and all. Each time change the cost is thousands- even tho its not our fault. The first abused my mom. The second took nude pics of my baby and likes running off with bangladeshi workers late at night. Horrible.. So being able to switch out helpers is a true luxury. They just help w housework and baby if need be.
