Toddler crying during meal times

Lately my 12 month old baby doesn't want to eat. He doesn't even want to sit in the high chair. He's BLW since 6 months. He's very careful with foods, always trying to lick very little food before eating but now it's getting worse. Am I doing something wrong? They say BLW might lessen picky eating but why is my baby like this?
