I highly doubt so. Blood tests are quite accurate. Your period is probably delayed. If you have difficulty getting pregnant, you may want to see a fertility doctor. I conceived in one try using IUI method as I had irregular periods and wasn’t ovulating at all.

I think blood test is quite accurate, you might want to test again a few days later if your period still never come

Where did you go for blood test? Is it polyclinic?
