MGTT/BSP & Diabetis

Last Tuesday, i have done my 2nd MOGTT & the result was not so good. I'm suspected to have diabetis. Reading during fasting 5.1 & after 2H was 8.7. The nurse asked me to come again to the clinic to check my BSP. Yesterday I did it, 4 times they took my blood to test sugar. However, all the reading were okay, which mean it does not show i have diabetis. Thus, anyone have experienced likes this? How do you do to take good diet & sugar control for health & baby? I am so lucky to know now because previously i do not take serious my diet & eat drink whatever i want.

I had GDM with my 2nd pregnancy and the baby was born 36weeks without induce. Now currently 38weeks with my 3rd pregnancy and baby still didn't wanna come out to see the world. Doc suggested me to be induced before my due date 9/2/2019. Don't worry. As long as u control your sugar intake, everything will b fine. Don't drink sweet drinks. Only plain water. But remember, u have to keep some sweets/candies in your bag in case u go hypothermia (kurang gula dan pengsan)

hahaha any candies will do... i slalu beli mentos fruity tu je. letak dlm handbag. sometimes i tend to get hypothermia.. mcm rasa nak pengsan sbb low sugar level.. being pregnant ni, biasa lah. mcm mcm hal yg pelik jadi kt bdn kita😊 but make sure u only take sweets or candies bila u rasa nak pitam...

sm mcm sy. b4 mnum, 4.6 but after 2 hours, 8.6.. terus GDM under diet control. every 2 weeks kene 7bsp.. that means kene control sugary meal dan karbo. 2 tu ja kene jaga.. nasi pun kene mangkuk kecik ja. sy amalkan oat, kekacang sbg snacks dan more protein. jgn makan lauk bkuah sgt.. air suam kne mnum byk..so far sy okay je.. as lomg bacaan bsp x cekau 6.7mmol/l lepas makan..
