Is there a possibility that you get pregnant after you miscarriage? we hadn't contact since then

my last period was dec.9-12, then we make love on dec.24-25 and 31. January was expecting for my period but it didn't happen until jan. 28 i take pregnancy test and it's postive. the following day jan.29, I went OB for chekup then make a transvaginal ultrasound. said that early intrauterine and seen gestational sac. I'm one month and 6days preggy. then OB gave me vit.,folic acid and dhupaston (pampakapit daw). after taking all these medicine I got miscarriage on Jan.31 at 5pm slightly bleeding then at 1:30am awake for pee suddenly flow heavy blood and look like a tissue and blood weighing 3cm. I dont know if its a baby or a myoma bec. i have multiple myomas seen on ultrasound. thanks for answering my queries.
