Am I pregnant???

My last menstruation was on September 21. Then I had 1 pregnancy test myself October 28 it was very clear 2 red lines super clear, then that same day I was in the hospital to check again for some urine test, it was positive again 2 red lines super super clear... Same day I went to obgyne and she had my ultrasound through my stomach she found a gestational sac inside my uterus... And she said I'm pregnant but too early to see a fetus that's why I need to be back by November 15... Am I just curious if I'm really pregnant...
