But honestly, excessive thirst can be a sign of GD, lalo na kung baguhan lang or kung nag-worsen during pregnancy, a few of us mums experienced that and nabigla kami when we got tested. Since you mentioned it's been happening even before, mas importante na i-check mo talaga with your doctor kung hindi pa kasi they can do the glucose tolerance test to be sure, at least you'll have peace of mind na! Better safe than sorry, especially with pregnancy.
