Hi, when I went for a check up at 37 weeks I was 3cm dilated but with no pain for 1 week I'm so worried about getting induced. So I did this at home at 11pm https://youtu.be/8pOJSR74ZoY?si=wfF_SthqktxbjUOC while my daughter was sleeping, and guess what my waterbag leaked at 3am, bit by bit every 10 mins. at 12 noon I decided to go hospital afraid that it dry up. I waited for my husband to come back. We reached kkh at 2pm. suddenly my waterbag burst more this time at the labour ward counter but no pain at all. the nurse push me to labour room check only 4cm dilated and at 4 pm the midwife told me that my gynae already prepared a drip to fasten my contractions bcus I got no contraction at all. After the drip at 4.40pm I'm having strong contractions me and my husband only in the labour room and I got the urge of pushing so I press the bell at 4.54pm with that 1 big push the baby is out.. with no tear and stitch

wait for your EDD. not just inducing is more painful (because it forces contractions), it can also lead to more complications (like Emergency Csect because not everyone reacts well to the induction meds). If there's no medical requirements, or gynae's advise, please wait for your EDD, that's when your baby is ready to be out himself
