Wakame Seaweeds

Hi ladies, I'm almost 11 weeks preggy. Been having nauseousness and vomiting and I eat very little. Now craving for wakame seaweeds. Are we allowed to eat that? #First_Baby

You can basically eat everything, as long as in moderation. I personally don’t take raw, undercooked food and alcohol (prepregnancy). The rest, all in moderation. Even if you’re craving for sashimi, you can go for some too. But to be safe, get it from reputable restaurants to ensure the preparation of food is safe.
