Oo, kumain kami agad the next day after CS, pero very light lang talaga, yung soft foods like lugaw, sopas, and fruits kasi ang stomach mo pa ayaw ng mabigat. One of my mum friends said her OB cleared her to eat na as long as naububuhos na siya ng gas, kaya importante yun to watch for! Honestly depende din sa how you're feeling at kung ano ang clearance ng doctor mo, kaya better to confirm with your OB kung kailan sila mag-allow ng normal diet after surgery.
