Sayang, at 38 weeks + 2 days with hardening and lower abdominal pain, please call your doctor or go to the hospital now , jangan tunggu, these could be signs of labour starting and you need to be checked properly. Don't worry, it's better to go and confirm everything's okay daripada tunggu at home. A few of my mum friends experienced similar things and alhamdulillah semuanya okay, but setiap orang berbeza so you really need the doctors to assess you in person. Drive safe or call for help if you're not comfortable driving!
