Hai! Duphaston mmg boleh cause headaches for some people, few of my mum friends experienced the same thing, sakit kepala yang quite bad till they had to adjust dosage or timing. Best kasi tahu your doctor about the headaches sebab dia boleh adjust the dose, change the timing (like take it with food or before sleep), or recommend paracetamol to manage it while your body adjusts. Jangan stop makan sendiri ye, kena discuss with your doctor dulu especially since you're on it for spotting. Hopefully it settles down soon!
