Bleeding on 6 week pregnant

i tgh experience the same issue. 5w4d today and suddenly ada bleeding lepas makan Duphaston yg diberi doctor. called dr & dia suruh take another 4 pills Duphaston at one go. pls help. lepas makan pun maseh ada bleeding tapi come and go. anyone can help on what to do???
