Alamak, itu most likely Braxton Hicks contractions lah, darling, yang biasanya start around this stage, especially first baby. Rasa keras je, tak sakit, dan hilang dalam few minutes tu yang typical, so jangan worry sangat! Tapi sebab first baby you are, better check dengan your doctor or midwife je to make sure everything okay, especially if it keeps happening or you rasa ada changes lain. A few of my mum friends say they had it regularly dekat 35 weeks onwards, so you're totally normal lah
