Ahhh sayang, swelling kat kaki tu memang common masa pregnant, especially towards the end of second trimester onwards, part of the hormones dan fluid retention lah. But sebab ni sensitive area, better you check with your doctor or midwife next appointment to make sure everything okay, especially if it's suddenly jadi very swollen or one side je bengkak. A few of my mum friends had the same thing and doc just monitored, tapi better safe than sorry, kan!
