Sebenarnya 28-36 hari tu still normal lah, don't worry! Aku pun dulu ingat kena exactly 28 hari, tapi my gynae cakap anywhere from 21-35 days is okay, some of us even 40 days pun masih boleh consider normal. Setiap body lain-lain, especially after delivery or hormonal changes, a few of my mum friends noticed their cycle jadi longer atau shorter lepas bersalin. If you're concerned your cycle suddenly berubah drastically or ada other symptoms, best check with your doctor just to be sure everything's fine, but 28-36 hari honestly in the normal range je!
