Toddler's teeth after a fall

My kid is 12 mths and has 4 teeths. He had a fell and 1 of the teeth seems to be loose which i could see blood upon his fall. Should i be worried?

Oh no. If its loose, perhaps better to see a dentist or doctor to assess.
