Sayang, if your lochia (darah nifas) is lasting more than 60 days, you really need to see your doctor as soon as possible, don't wait or just leave it, okay? This isn't something to manage at home. A few of my mum friends went through bleeding issues after delivery, and the doctor checked them properly to make sure everything's healing well inside. Better safe than sorry lah, especially when it comes to postpartum recovery. Go see your gynae or klinik kesihatan today if you can!
