Baby kicks count - WHEN? 32 weeks

Sabi po ng OB ko there should be 10 movements in an hour including hiccups. If in case, less than 10 po ang count nyo, extend it for another hour dapat maka 10 movements ulit. If less than 10 again, go to your OB na. According to her, babies in the womb sleep for 30 mins lang naman so dapat may movement po talaga. If established na po ung time kung saan dun malikot si baby, yun po ang sundin nyong time to count his/her movements din.
