Bawal po ba uminom ng kape habang buntis ka?

As per OB, pwede nman po uminom ng coffee but as much as 1 cup per day or 200 mg only. Advisable po is brewed coffee not the 3-in-1 coffee. Not healthy po tlga ang mga 3-in-1 coffee.
