I'd say it's normal... Make sure po na they get enough physical activities during the day para mapagod, also busog at relaxed. Try giving a warm bath before bed time and more calming activities like reading books (definitely no screen time), cuddling, etc. Kung nagna-nap pa sya, hindi rin dapat late.
