Eh don't worry, Braxton Hicks tu normal je sis, especially at 35 weeks, perut mengeras tu adalah practice contractions je, bukan labor yang sebenar. Tapi kalau yang contraction tu terus-menerus, sakitnya tak hilang pakai ubat, or ada bleeding / leaking fluid, memang kena rush ke hospital lah. A few of us went through this jugak last trimester, rasa paranoid gila, but once doktor check dan confirm semua OK, boleh lah relax sikit, kalau you're still worried, better call your midwife or OB je, they can tell you exactly when to come in, at least dapat peace of mind!
