Alhamdulillah, great news seeing that heartbeat! Memang normal lah rasa takut after what happened before, I know a few of us mums who went through miscarriage, and we were on edge the whole first trimester jugak, even after seeing the heartbeat. At 8 weeks with a visible heartbeat, the risk does drop significantly, tapi of course yang best is to follow up regularly with your doctor and just take things one scan at a time, jangan pressure yourself lah, rest when you can, and if you feel anything unusual, message your gynae straightaway.
