First mens after giving birth

Uy, ganyan din ako dati! Honestly ang first period ko after giving birth ay mas masakit pa kaysa before, lalo na kasi I was breastfeeding pa lang noon at ang uterus ko pa rin ay bumabalik sa normal size kaya parang cramping talaga. A few of us mums sa grupo namin, some had it lighter than expected and some had it super heavy with clots pa, so talaga it varies per person, pero dahil may dysmenorrhea history ka, mas maganda na i-expect mo na it might be intense din. If the pain becomes unbearable or the bleeding is way too heavy (like soaking through a pad in an hour or two), best to check with your OB just to be safe, but otherwise paracetamol and a heating pad were my best friends that week!
