Sayang, vomiting a lot in pregnancy can happen to many of us, but with the tummy pain and especially the wee issue you mention, please check with your doctor or midwife soon, okay? Don't wait. A few of my mum friends had similar things and turned out fine after they got checked, but better safe than sorry lah, especially at your stage.
