Aiyo, susah nak confirm 100% from ultrasound timing alone lah, especially kalau still early pregnancy! Gender usually clearer around 18-20 weeks when the genitals fully developed, tapi even then boleh salah jugak depending on baby's position and ultrasound quality. Best thing is tunggu next scan or ask your doctor directly, dorang will tell you dengan confidence kalau dah clear, or honest jugak if it's still too early to say. A few of my mum friends dapat "surprise" at birth even after ultrasound said boy, jadi jangan terlalu sure sampai baby keluar!
