Hmm, cramping boleh je terjadi especially malam because you're more tired and relaxed, so you notice it more lah, siang sibuk jadi tak perasan. Tapi kalau it's happening consistently malam-malam at 9 weeks, better check with your doc just to be safe, sebab sometimes cramping boleh indicate banyak things and doctor can scan and confirm everything okay with the baby. A few of my mum friends yang pregnant dulu pun ada experience macam ni, tapi some were fine and some kena rest more, so best to get checked out, okays? How bad is the cramping, ada bleeding ke or just the cramping je?
