Uy sis, I totally get the confusion kasi those symptoms are confusing talaga! But since you got two negative tests na, mas better na mag-check ka with your OB para malaman mo talaga kung ano ang reason ng gatas at enlarged tummy mo, could be hormonal, could be something else entirely, pero hindi dapat mag-guess lang tayo based on symptoms lang kasi misleading talaga.
